- Is the water OmigoSL uses clean?
- Absolutely yes! It uses the same fresh water as your shower and sink, perfectly clean for your rear, and uses a pint per wash.
- How do I clean my OmigoSL?
- Simply unplug your bidet seat and use mild detergents as you would your normal toilet seat. There is a quick release button so you can easily pop it off for an occasional deeper clean.
- Do I need a plumber to install my OmigoSL?
- Nope! You can DIY this install in about 20 minutes. We have a step-by-step video as well as detailed instructions online or in your bidet seat manual.
- How is OmigoSL powered?
- OmigoSL has a 3.5ft power cord to access your average bathroom GFCI outlet, it's perfectly safe. Don’t have an outlet nearby? Use a properly rated (15amp GFI) extension cord, it's worth the reach.
- Will this fit my round or one-piece toilet?
- OmigoSL is designed to fit most U.S. toilets and comes in two different sizes, round and elongated. To find out if an OmigoSL will fit your specific toilet model, visit this helpful article for guidance on how to measure and determine compatibility.

Love it. I’ve been traveling to Japan for over 10 years and always thought I’d need to save $5k for a deluxe Toto set up. My only regret is I ordered the SL, and wish I had ordered the deluxe with air dryer!! Thankfully we have another toilet to outfit! Mahalo nui for keeping us fresh and clean!!!
I hesitated because of the price, but tried the Omigo because after all it had a 90 day try or send back. I love it and changes my life in that department from now on. I am a believer
Great! I love the features! I’m happy knowing I’m coming out clean. The heated seat, custom spray setting, heat water and night light are great features. I can’t imagine not having one of these in the bathroom.
Pretty great actually. First experience w a modern bidet was on a Toto, wanted one immediately but not at $1200 for the washlet. The Omigo does the job for less than half that. I should have spent the hundred or so more for best unit with dryer and deodorizer. I’ll buy another soon to upgrade. Only complaint is the buttons on the side are a little hard to find ... pretty minor though. The nightlight is great... So far, I love it!
To determine the shape of your toilet, measure from the front edge of your toilet bowl to the center of your bolt holes where your current seat attaches to the toilet. See the guide below to select your shape:
