So you can take your time making Omigo part of your home and daily routine for 90 days from the moment it arrives at your door. If you decide Omigo is not for you within those 90 days, we will provide you with a full refund of the product cost and free return within the contiguous US.
We make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
From our Contact Us page, select Returns & Exchanges and an Omigo Agent will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label, so all you have to do is to carefully box it up and send it back to us. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 5-10 days of receipt.

Additional terms and conditions:
- Refunds on all sales financed through Affirm are for principle payments only and exclude any interest paid.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any expedited shipping or shipping to AK, HI, PR, and the Virgin Islands.
- Pre-paid return labels are provided for returns from the contiguous US only. All other returns must be sent pre-paid at customer’s expense.
- 90-day trial is limited to one seat per customer and household. Refunds on multiple seat purchases are limited to one Omigo seat.
- RMAs must be requested within 90 days of purchase, and returned within 104 days of purchase.
